How a job runs

No surprise invoices

Every unit follows the same four stages, and you hear from us at each one.

STAGE 1

Intake

We log the unit, the symptoms and who to call. You get a work order number the same day.

STAGE 2

Diagnosis

We find the actual cause, not the first thing that looks wrong, and photograph what we find.

STAGE 3

Approval

Scope, parts, hours and a lead time, in writing. Nothing comes apart until you say go.

STAGE 4

Release

Function tested, documented and signed off. Records live in your customer portal.

Next step

Describe the problem. We'll scope it.
